Health & movement disclaimer
Use the demonstrations to understand movement. Your circumstances, symptoms, and professional guidance determine what is appropriate for you.

What the site provides
A Human Web provides general education about anatomy, movement, and wellness. It does not diagnose symptoms, provide medical treatment, or replace assessment by a qualified healthcare professional. No clinician–patient relationship is created by using the site.
Clicking a body area identifies an educational topic, not the cause of pain. Browsing preferences and screening prompts are limited filters; passing them does not clear you for exercise.
Limits of the demonstrations
The figures are computer-generated examples of particular movement variations. Anatomy, proportions, comfortable range, balance, and support needs vary. Do not force your body to match the model’s angles or depth.
Camera angles, slow playback, easier variations, and written cues help explain a movement. They do not provide supervision. Animation duration is not a prescribed hold time, and an example repetition count or difficulty label is not a guarantee of safety.
The six detailed studio demonstrations have technical animation and export checks. Qualified clinical review remains pending. Those checks do not certify biomechanics, suitability, or a health outcome.
Before and during movement
Use a clear space and stable supports. Start with a comfortable range and stop if you feel sharp or increasing pain, dizziness, numbness, tingling, unusual weakness, or other concerning symptoms. An easier variation can still be unsuitable.
Seek individual advice when you are unsure, especially after surgery or injury, during pregnancy, or when you have a medical condition or activity restriction. Follow professional restrictions rather than a general example. Persistent, unexplained, or worsening symptoms need appropriate assessment.
When a stretch is not the answer
Get emergency help for back pain associated with new loss of bladder or bowel control, loss of feeling around the groin, symptoms such as weakness or numbness in both legs, chest pain, or a serious accident. This is not a complete list of emergency signs; use local emergency care whenever you believe you need it.
These examples follow NHS back-pain guidance. That source uses UK care pathways; use the emergency number and care services where you are.
Records are observations
Routines, symptom ratings, effort, and measurements are your own entries. A change on a chart does not establish a diagnosis, a treatment effect, or readiness to increase intensity. Compare like-for-like conditions and discuss concerning changes with a qualified professional.
The site does not automatically prescribe an exercise from a pain location or provide monitored rehabilitation. See Privacy before choosing to store health-related observations.
