The membership

The Daily Thread: ten minutes that reweave you.

Reading about fascia doesn’t change fascia. Ten minutes a day, most days, for a season does. The Daily Thread is one guided session a day that weaves the five practices into something you’ll actually keep doing.

What’s inside

One session a day, ten minutes

A guided audio-video session that braids the moves with breath and light timing. Follow along; no planning, no equipment.

The six-week Reweave

A starter program that takes you from stiff to springy in the honest timescale tissue actually changes on, with progress check-ins at weeks 2, 4, and 6.

The full moves library

Every move with progressions and regressions, filterable by body area, time available, and how your body feels today.

A monthly live session

Move together, then ask anything. Recordings included if you can't make it live.

The evidence digest

A short monthly letter on what's new in fascia and recovery science, tagged strong, emerging, or hype, exactly like the site.

Monthly

$12 / month

Everything inside, month to month. Founding members who join before launch keep $9 a month for life.

Fair questions

Is the free site going away?

No. The education stays free, forever. The membership is the practice layer on top: daily programming, coaching, and community.

Do I need equipment or experience?

No equipment, no experience. Every session offers a gentler and a stronger version of each move.

How is this different from stretching apps?

Most apps program stretches. The Daily Thread programs the whole web: movement, light exposure, breath, and food timing in one session, with every claim tagged by evidence.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, in one click, and you keep access through the period you paid for.

Is this medical care?

No. It's education and general conditioning. It complements professional care and never replaces it; if a clinician has given you personal guidance, they win.
