About

An education site that shows its receipts.

The most important tissue in your body sits in a gap between two worlds. Research too technical to read, and wellness marketing too confident to trust. This site translates the first and grades itself, so it never asks for the blind faith of the second.

What this site will never do

  • Sell supplements.
  • Paywall the education.
  • Present a mixed evidence record as a confident promise.
  • Tell you a $300 gadget does what a slow exhale does for free.

The membership sells guided daily practice. The knowledge stays open.

Who makes this

Kyle Jenkin

Founder · writes and maintains the site

Built and written by Kyle Jenkin, a founder and product builder (JustFreshKicks, JustBridge, and others). He got obsessed with one question: why do modern bodies hurt in ways scans cannot explain? Then he read his way into the fascia literature.

He is not a clinician, and the site never pretends otherwise. That is exactly why every claim carries a public grade and a citation on the evidence ledger, instead of an appeal to authority.

The reviewer seat

Open

Licensed physical therapist · recruiting

A licensed physical therapist is being recruited to review all movement and symptom content before it publishes, with a named byline.

Until that seat is filled, the site holds a hard line. No symptom-specific pages. No pain protocols. And a standing rule: a clinician who knows you outranks anything written here.

If you are a DPT who enjoys keeping writers honest, this seat is yours.

That is the whole standard. The rest is practice.
