How to move
Set up with the bar over mid-foot, an overhand grip just outside the knees, the hips low.
Drive the bar up the legs, then extend explosively at mid-thigh.
Pull yourself under to catch the bar on the shoulders in a full front squat, the elbows forward; stand up.
Form cues
Be fast under the bar.
Keep the elbows high in the bottom.
Practice and cautions
No universal dose is assigned. Choose a manageable amount for your current capacity, leave room for controlled repetitions, and allow recovery. A clinician’s individual plan takes priority.
This is movement education, not an assessment or treatment prescription. Stop for sharp or increasing pain, dizziness, numbness or tingling; seek individual guidance for symptoms, injury or restrictions.
