How to move
- From standing, hinge down to place the wheel, roll out until your body is almost a straight line just above the floor, then pull yourself back and stand up without dropping your hips or touching your knees down.
Practice and cautions
4 sets of 2 to 5 reps, rolling out to a wall or up a slight incline at first to shorten the range.
The usual failure is the back arching under fatigue, which can hurt immediately. Do not attempt it without clean kneeling rollouts.
