How to move
- Set the rings a little above the floor and take a plank on them with straight arms. Lower your chest between the rings, keeping them pulled in so they do not drift wide, then press back up and finish tall with the rings turned slightly out.
Practice and cautions
3 to 4 sets of 5 to 12; raise the rings to make it easier, elevate your feet to make it harder.
The rings try hardest to wander at the bottom, which is where a tired shoulder can fold into a strained position. Stop sets before your form does, and check the straps and anchor before every session.
