How to move
- Standing on a box holding a light weight, roll down one segment at a time starting from your neck, letting your spine round fully while your knees stay straight. Reverse it slowly, stacking from the bottom up.
Practice and cautions
3 sets of 5 very slow reps, starting at 2 to 5 kg and adding load over months, not weeks.
Avoid with osteoporosis, a history of vertebral fracture, or back pain that travels down a leg. Get clinical clearance if you are unsure.
