How to move
Stand with a barbell across the back of the shoulders, the feet wide and the toes turned out.
Lower toward one side, bending that knee and hip over the foot while the other leg stays long.
Drive back up to the middle; finish a set, then the other side.
Form cues
Sit the hips back and keep the chest up.
Learn it without the bar first.
Practice and cautions
No universal dose is assigned. Choose a manageable amount for your current capacity, leave room for controlled repetitions, and allow recovery. A clinician’s individual plan takes priority.
This is movement education, not an assessment or treatment prescription. Stop for sharp or increasing pain, dizziness, numbness or tingling; seek individual guidance for symptoms, injury or restrictions.
