Eight-Angle Pose (Astavakrasana)

From sitting, you hook one leg over the same-side upper arm, cross the ankles, plant both hands, then bend the elbows and tip forward until the hips leave the floor and both legs squeeze that arm as they extend to the side. You balance on bent arms in a chaturanga-like position, body turned sideways.
