Foam rolling & fascia
Fascial fitness workout
This session puts the fascial fitness ideas into practice: quiet springy loading, a pre-stretch before each swing, then slow reaches in many directions. The ideas are plausible but untested as a training plan. Treat it as a well-rounded mobility session, not a fascia treatment.

Tips
- Quiet landings are the technique.
- Leave 2 to 3 days between springy sessions. Collagen building peaks about a day after loading and stays raised for about 3 days.
- Gentle bouncing probably does not remodel tendons; heavier loading does. Keep your regular strength work too.
- Leave out the bounces and skipping if your Achilles or calves are sore.
The doses are suggested starting points, not a prescription. Choose a range you can control and stop for sharp or increasing pain, numbness or tingling. Get individual advice after an injury or surgery, or if you are pregnant or managing a health condition.
