Foam rolling & fascia
Fascia stretching routine
This follows the 'many angles, slow and flowing' idea of fascia training. Move slowly, change the angle a little each rep, and breathe out into each reach. The gains are real but come mostly from your nervous system's tolerance of stretch, so doing it regularly matters more than going deep.

Tips
- For lasting range, stretching experts suggest 30 to 120 seconds per area on most days. This routine is the flowing version; hold longer where you want change.
- No stretch should feel sharp.
The doses are suggested starting points, not a prescription. Choose a range you can control and stop for sharp or increasing pain, numbness or tingling. Get individual advice after an injury or surgery, or if you are pregnant or managing a health condition.
