Stretching & mobility
Daily mobility routine
Slow circles for each joint, then rotation, strength at the end of your range and a deep squat. Move only as far as you can control, and keep the rest of your body still. Use it on desk days or rest days; before a workout, the dynamic warm-up is the better choice.

Tips
- Move slowly enough that nothing else moves, and stay just short of any pinch.
- Feeling looser afterwards is real but short-lived. Lasting range takes weeks of regular stretching, or of strength training through a full range.
- Use it on its own: on desk days, rest days or in the evening. Before a workout, use the 10-minute dynamic warm-up.
- If neck circles make you dizzy or send tingling into an arm, make them smaller or stop.
The doses are suggested starting points, not a prescription. Choose a range you can control and stop for sharp or increasing pain, numbness or tingling. Get individual advice after an injury or surgery, or if you are pregnant or managing a health condition.
