How to move
- Stand or sit tall and draw the biggest slow circle you can with your head: chin toward chest, ear toward shoulder, gaze rolling up and around to the other side. Keep the shoulders and ribcage completely still so only the neck moves, taking ten seconds or more per circle.
Practice and cautions
3 slow circles each direction, once or twice a day.
Dizziness, light-headedness or tingling into an arm are stop signs, not sensations to push through. If one segment of the circle pinches, shrink the circle around that section instead of forcing it.
