How to move
- Reach one arm overhead, bend the elbow so your hand drops behind your neck, and use the other hand on the bent elbow to draw it gently back and toward the midline. Stand tall rather than letting the ribs flare forward to borrow range.
Practice and cautions
Hold 30 to 45 seconds per side, 2 rounds.
Do not let the pressing hand shove your head forward; keep the neck neutral and move the elbow, not the skull. A pinch deep in the shoulder means work a smaller range rather than pulling harder.
