How to move
- Walk your feet up a wall until your chest faces it and your body is stacked vertically. Bend the elbows to lower your head towards the floor under control, then press all the way back to straight arms.
Practice and cautions
4 to 6 sets of 1 to 5 reps, starting with slow lowers only and stepping back up.
Neck and wrist loading is high, and a failed rep drops you on your head. Use a mat, learn to bail, and avoid it with neck, shoulder, or blood pressure problems.
