How to move
- From a push up position with your feet at the wall, you walk your feet up the wall while walking your hands in towards it, finishing near a chest to wall handstand, then walk back down under control. How close you walk to the wall sets the difficulty.
Practice and cautions
3 to 5 sets of 1 to 3 slow walks, stopping well short of the wall at first.
You are inverted and facing the wall, so shoulder fatigue can turn into an uncontrolled collapse. Walk down as deliberately as you walked up, and add height only as your pressing strength allows.
