From standing you fold forward, walk your hands out to a push up position, then walk them back and stand up. The walkout loads your shoulders and trunk while the fold gives your hamstrings a moving stretch.

Mild. Forcing straight knees pulls hard on tight hamstrings, and the walkout puts your body weight through your wrists; bend the knees and shorten the walk if either complains.
