Hang from a bar with straight arms. Without bending the elbows, pull the shoulder blades down and back so your body rises an inch or two, hold that for a moment, then let them travel back up under control.

3 sets of 6 to 10 slow reps with a one second hold at the top.
Make sure the bar is secure before you hang from it, and come down while you still have grip rather than after it fails.
