3 sets of 5 to 8 reps, adding small increments when every set feels controlled.
Squat inside a rack with the pins set to catch the bar, and rehearse bailing forward out of a failed rep before you need to. Avoid holding your breath under load if your blood pressure is uncontrolled, and get current back pain assessed before you load it.
