How to move
- Forearms down, hands clasped, the crown of your head lightly on the floor inside your hands. Walk your feet in until your hips stack over your shoulders, then lift your legs, with a wall close behind you.
Practice and cautions
Hold 20 to 30 seconds at first, building slowly toward 1 to 2 minutes; come down before your form fails.
Not for anyone with neck problems, glaucoma or other eye conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or a history of stroke or arterial dissection. Learn it with a teacher and never kick up.
