How to move
- You stand tall with feet together or hip width apart, weight spread evenly through both feet, legs gently engaged, ribs stacked over the pelvis, shoulders wide, arms hanging at your sides and the crown of the head lifting.
Practice and cautions
Hold 60 to 90 seconds, twice, breathing slowly. Add one round with the eyes closed once you feel steady.
If you get lightheaded standing still, or take medication that drops your blood pressure, stand within reach of a wall.
